By submitting an intake, creating an account, or using HealMySite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
HealMySite is a standalone AI WordPress task service. At launch, each job is one WordPress problem with one clear outcome for US$25. We do not sell public subscriptions, maintenance contracts, hosting plans, redesigns, or migrations.
You grant temporary, limited access only for the approved task. Credentials must be provided through the secure access flow, not email or free-text intake fields. Access is job-scoped, encrypted, and removed after the job closes.
Prices are in USD. HealMySite authorizes US$25 before work starts where Stripe manual capture is supported. We capture only after verification passes. If the task is unresolved, blocked, unsupported, expired, or failed, the authorization is released. Refund is the fallback if funds were already captured.
AI may suggest actions, but policy controls and allowlisted tools decide what can be executed. We do not allow arbitrary website-changing shell execution by AI. We may decline, release, or refund a task when the safe route cannot be verified.
Out-of-scope, unsafe, vague, or unsupported work may be rejected or marked unresolved/no-charge. HealMySite does not perform automated malware removal or quarantine today: for the Clean service we provide a free automated read-only exposure check with a written outcome, and (like Fix and Speed) can deactivate one plugin you name as a verified chargeable change. Full server forensics, reinfection guarantees, and unrelated-account cleanup are out of scope.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealMySite's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or lost revenue.
You retain rights to your website and content. HealMySite retains rights to its tools, workflows, prompts, policies, and code unless explicitly transferred in writing.
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
