A real repair, step by step

  1. Free site check

WordPress confirmed · wp-admin reachable · firewall not blocking

  2. Site is returning HTTP 500

The REST API is down too, so the normal channel cannot be used

  3. Rescue channel reaches the site

Our must-use plugin loads before the plugin that is failing

  4. Reading the error WordPress recorded

    Fatal error in wp-content/plugins/acme-forms/acme.php:412

  5. Restore point saved

Taken before anything is changed — you can undo all of this

  6. Deactivating acme-forms

One plugin, the one the evidence names

  7. Your site loads again — HTTP 200

Verified by loading your live homepage, not by trusting the tool

  8. Now you are charged US$25

Only now. If the site had stayed down, you would pay nothing

The real sequence, including the restore point we take before touching anything.

We never sit on your access

Access is scoped to your one task and expires on its own. If a job stalls, it closes and releases your card rather than waiting indefinitely.

We check we can reach you first

Cloudflare, Wordfence, Sucuri and similar are detected before any work starts — so a task never fails halfway because a firewall blocked us.

The site decides, not the tool

We re-check your live site after the change. A tool reporting success is not success, and only your site loading properly releases the charge.

How this works

  • WordPress only — one clear task at a time, one flat price of US$25, no subscription.
  • Checks your site and confirms a clear outcome before any payment is authorized.
  • You are charged only after the outcome is verified on your live site — otherwise the authorization is released and you pay nothing.
  • Each service page lists exactly what is Included and Not Included.

What we do not take on

  • Migrations, redesigns, maintenance plans and hosting — we do not sell these.
  • Full server forensics, or cleaning unrelated sites in a shared hosting account.
  • Publishing the exact repair method before the work is authorised.
  • See any service page for its specific out-of-scope items.

Questions

Is this a subscription?

No. HealMySite is one WordPress task for US$25. There is no maintenance contract, hosting upsell, or retained access.

What if the AI Doctor cannot complete the task?

It ends no-charge. Unsupported or unverifiable requests simply close without payment: the authorization is released, and you are only ever charged after a completed task passes verification. If money was somehow already captured, refund is the fallback.

What can the AI change automatically today?

Each task is one clear, specific outcome on your WordPress site. Every request begins with a free automated check of your site. If the outcome is one we can complete and verify on your live site, we complete it and charge US$25 only after the result is verified. If it is not, you get what we found and you are not charged. The exact automated actions available for each service are listed on that service's page.

Do you work outside WordPress?

Not at launch. HealMySite is WordPress-only, and each job must have one clear WordPress outcome.

What does the malware service include?

A free scan first: your core, plugin and theme files compared against what their authors actually published, files that were ADDED rather than changed, and your database checked for the hiding places a file clean misses — rogue administrators, injected scripts, leftover scheduled tasks. If we find an executable file where one should never be, we move it out of reach and prove it is gone, for US$25. Anything we move is moved, never deleted. It does not cover full server forensics, unrelated sites in a shared hosting account, email account compromise, or guaranteed reinfection prevention.
