Service Policy

1. Service Delivery

HealMySite handles one WordPress task at a time. Work starts only after scope is accepted, Check My Connection passes, payment authorization is available, and required access is collected through the secure flow.

Each task is one clear, specific outcome. Every request begins with a free automated check of the site. Where the outcome is one HealMySite can complete and verify automatically, it is completed and verified on the live site, and payment is captured only after verification passes. Where it is not, the findings are provided and no payment is captured. The automated actions available for each service, and what each service excludes, are listed on that service’s page.

2. Job Windows

Jobs use hard windows for access, active treatment, overall job lifetime, authorization expiry buffer, and abandoned unpaid jobs. Reminder events may be sent at 50% and 80% of access or job windows.

3. Capture, Release, and Refunds

Stripe manual authorization is used where supported. Capture happens only after deterministic verification passes. We release authorization if the job is unresolved, blocked, unsupported, expired, or failed. Refund API is used only as fallback if a payment was already captured.

4. Firewall and Access Blocks

If Cloudflare, Wordfence, Sucuri, ModSecurity, Fail2Ban-like behavior, captcha, or challenge pages block the AI Doctor and access cannot be safely restored, the task is released/no-charge.

5. Malware Scope

The malware service is a free, read-only WordPress malware and public-exposure assessment. The one automated action it supports is deactivating a plugin you name (completed and read-back verified for US$25) — HealMySite still does not perform automated malware removal or quarantine today; otherwise you receive a written outcome and are not charged unless a supported change is confirmed and verified.

  • Deactivating one plugin you name is the one supported automated action (US$25); no other automated malware removal or quarantine (assessment only otherwise).
  • No full server forensic cleanup.
  • No cleanup of unrelated sites in the same hosting account.
  • No email account compromise cleanup.
  • No guaranteed reinfection prevention.

6. Small Task Scope

Change Something on My Site is limited to one page, one clear change, and one outcome. Natural phrasing is accepted, but including the exact old and new wording — ideally quoted — is the most reliable. Vague or broad requests such as "make it look better", "redesign my site", "change multiple pages", or "rewrite my website" are rejected or split before authorization.

7. Speed Tasks

The speed service is a free, read-only WordPress performance measurement (such as response time and page weight) with a written outcome. The one automated action it supports is deactivating a plugin you name (completed and read-back verified for US$25); otherwise HealMySite does not perform automated speed changes today and does not promise specific speed scores or benchmark improvements, and you are not charged unless a supported change is confirmed and verified.

8. Completion Notes

After completion, HealMySite explains what was fixed and what was verified. We do not reveal technical repair methods to the client before payment authorization.
