This means our automation could not complete or verify the change safely, so it stopped rather than risk your site. The authorization is released and you are not charged.

Use the "Report this issue" button on the task. It opens a support request with the task's details — task number, your site, the current state, and what went wrong — already attached, so you do not need to explain the technical side.

Common causes: WordPress rejected our access, the exact text we were asked to replace was not found (or appeared more than once, making the change ambiguous), or your host blocks the WordPress API.
